We take on full-apartment and full-home interior projects, single-room transformations for high-impact spaces (master bedroom, living room, kitchen), and full commercial or hospitality interiors. We do not take on projects below 400 sq ft unless they are part of a larger engagement.

We manage all procurement on your behalf — sourcing, ordering, tracking, and quality-checking every item before it enters the site. You review and approve selections; we handle the complexity. Our vendor relationships allow access to materials and pieces not available in general retail.
Design development takes 4–8 weeks. Site execution, including millwork fabrication and installation, typically runs 8–16 weeks for a full apartment. Hospitality projects are scoped individually. We provide a project schedule at the outset of every engagement.
