What is the minimum project scope you take on?

We take on full-apartment and full-home interior projects, high-impact single-room transformations (master bedroom, living room, kitchen), and full commercial or hospitality interiors. We do not take on projects below 400 sq ft unless part of a larger engagement.

How long does a typical interior design project take?

Design development takes 4–8 weeks. Site execution — including millwork fabrication and installation — typically runs 8–16 weeks for a full apartment. Hospitality and commercial projects are scoped individually. We provide a detailed project schedule at the outset of every engagement.

Do you work with our existing furniture?

Absolutely. We assess your existing pieces for design and structural value and integrate the right ones into the new scheme. This is often more considered — and more sustainable — than a full replacement. We will give you an honest assessment of each piece.

How do you manage procurement and vendors?

We manage all procurement on your behalf — sourcing, ordering, tracking, and quality-checking every item before it enters the site. You review and approve selections; we handle the complexity. Our vendor relationships give access to materials not available through standard retail channels.

Can we use our preferred contractors?

Yes, provided we can review their portfolio and confirm they are capable of executing to our documentation standards. We also have an established network of contractors who regularly work to our specifications, which we are happy to recommend.
